✦ AI Assistant

Free AI Trademark Class Finder for Korea

Not sure which NICE classes or goods and services to list in a Korean trademark application? Describe your business in your own words — in any language — and our AI assistant drafts a list using only the official wording of Korea's Ministry of Intellectual Property (MOIP), sorted by class, with the fees for filing.

AI draft only — not yet reviewed by an attorney. Our patent attorneys confirm the final list with you before filing.

How it works

  1. Describe your business. Tell us what you make, sell or offer, in any language — for example, “We make skincare products and sell them in our online store.”
  2. Get a draft from MOIP's official list. The assistant picks items only from MOIP's official list of goods and services, including class 35 retail and wholesale services. If your wording is a term MOIP often refuses as unclear, it suggests the accepted official term instead.
  3. Check the fees and send it to us. Untick anything you don't need, see what is due at filing, and send the list to our patent attorneys with one click. We review it and reply by email.

Example

“We make skincare products and sell them in our online store.”

  • Class 3: cosmetics; skin lotions; skin creams; toners for cosmetic use; cosmetic creams for skin care
  • Class 35: Retail store services featuring cosmetics; Retail store services featuring skin lotions; Retail store services featuring skin creams

Why the wording matters in Korea

MOIP examines the description of goods and services closely. Unclear or overly broad terms are the most common reason for an office action in Korea, and fixing them later costs time and money. Starting from MOIP's own wording avoids most of these objections.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI assistant free?

Yes. It is free to use and there is no obligation to file with us.

Where do the goods and services come from?

Only from the official list published by Korea's Ministry of Intellectual Property (MOIP). The AI does not write its own descriptions; it chooses from that list and shows each item in English and Korean.

Is the AI draft ready to file?

No. It is a starting point. Our Korean patent attorneys review the list with you and confirm the final wording before filing.

How many classes do I need?

That depends on what you sell. Goods and services are grouped into 45 NICE classes, and each class is a separate fee: USD 382 for the first class and USD 252 for each additional class at filing. The assistant suggests only the classes your business needs, and you can remove any of them.

Can I describe my business in my own language?

Yes. You can write in any language. The suggested goods and services are always shown in English and Korean, the languages used for filing in Korea.

Do you keep what I type?

Your description is processed by an AI service only to draft your list. We do not store it unless you send it to us with a filing request.
